The PET bottle label separator "PLS-2000" is a machine that removes labels from PET bottles using a peeling pin and liner, and separates them through air sorting with a blower. It demonstrates a processing capacity of 200 kg per hour while compactly incorporating necessary functions. 【Features】 ■ Flexible adaptation to various working environments To accommodate the different working environments of our customers, we offer a wide range of additional components and options. The direction and height of the inlet can also be changed. ■ Compact size for easy integration into existing lines Despite its compact design, this space-saving label separator performs "punching," "peeling," and "sorting" all in one machine. ■ Improved efficiency in subsequent compression and crushing processes Many caps and rings are removed during the "punching" and "peeling" processes, resulting in a 10-30% increase in efficiency when fed into a compactor or crusher in subsequent processes (according to our research). ■ Safety design to prevent accidents Covers are provided for the drive parts such as the punching and peeling areas, designed to prevent hands and feet from reaching dangerous areas. The "PLS-5000" is a product equipped with functions for "punching," "transport sorting," "peeling," and "sorting," allowing for the efficient separation of large quantities of labels in a short time.
